Now offering virtual classes via Facebook live!

These classes are held live in a private facebook group created specifically for the class. Only members of the group can see the videos and participate in group discussions. If you are unable to watch the video live or join the group after the start date you may still watch the video as it saves to the group. That said, you may also rewatch the videos as many times as needed. I am able to provide limited guidance during the class but do offer private one on one help using facebook messenger.

Drawing animal portraits

session1 - dog/cat

Location: Facebook private group (4 weeks)

Cost: $80 supply list provided

Description: These classes have been pre recorded and are available to view at your convenience. This class will explore the fundamentals of drawing animal portraits. Each session will complete 2 fully rendered animal portraits. We will cover facial features and bone structure as well as mark making techniques to achieve fur textures.

Portrait Painting

Location: Facebook private group (4 weeks)

Cost: $80 supply list provided (optional one on one post class help $40 )

Description: These classes have been pre recorded and are available to view at your convenience. This class will explore the fundamentals of painting portraits, particularly skin tones and layering process. We will cover facial features and bone structure as well as mark making techniques. I will be painting in oil but acrylic painters are welcome to join. Each session teaches a different age/gender or skin tone.

Friday Night Special

Day/Time: Fridays 6:30pm-9pm

Location: Facebook private group 

Cost: $15 supply list provided 

Description: This is a weekly pay as you go class. I alternate between oil and acrylic each week but each project could be painted in either medium. The project for each week is posted on Monday evening on my FB page along with signing up instructions.

Saturday Art Club/kids class

Description: There are several pre recorded classes viewable at any time. These classes are designed for new painters of all ages.  The project  is posted in my photo album  on my FB page along with signing up instructions.
